Felt by everyone you will ever touch. **The Pleasure Path, for women.** Five lessons: coming home to your body, opening breath, sound and movement, mapping your own pleasure, finding the voice that guides and guards, and the crown of it all, receiving fully. Both paths open with a shared foundation lesson, and each lesson brings you a warm teaching, one concrete practice, a guided audio of 5 to 6 minutes in our voice, and a journal question.
